Versa won't sync or track with Samsung Galaxy A3. Really dissapointed with this. Any ideas? Have a feeling should have stayed with my old Garmin!

Hello @Frodite, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit forums! Oh! 'm afraid that your phone isn't a compatible device, just like @ACG said, so that is why you are having inconveniences to connect it with your Versa. However, I always suggest the users to follow the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I can't guarantee that it'll work but you can give it a try. 😉
Remember that you can also try to sync your watch with a computer or if by any chance you have it, another compatible device.
Keep me posted!

Hi heydy. took your advice and restarted the Versa. Also turned off the power saving mode on the phone. Versa now tracks using phone GPS and also syncs. Used versa this afternoon and worked perfectly. Correct info shown on both Fitbit app and strava.
thanks for the help.
