I have a versa and my boyfriend has a iconic

we can start at the same time and run the same but he will gain in distance and be ahead and we should be the same. Bc we are going the same distance. Anyone else have this problem? I have an Apple iPhone 8plus

Are you saying that his records the same run as a longer distance than yours?

Distance is determined totally differently depending on whether or not on is using GPS.

Were either or both of you using GPS?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

You will see a little phone in the top left. If there is I gps signal there will be a line through the phone. Also if the gps was used there will be a map displayed. Does the map look correct?

Are both of you waiting for the tracker to have a good gps lock?
