Is anyone else having issues with their Fitbit versa saying they’ve done a ridiculous amount of stairs throughout the day? One day mine said 101 and no way is that true. It’s starting to make me think it’s definitely not accurate with how many calories I’ve burned if it’s saying I’ve went up that many flights of stairs. Thank you

Hello @Samanthanicole1 and a warm welcome. Your Versa uses a device called a relative altimeter to measure floors. It can be fooled by things like very gusty winds and going through certain types of door, especially tight fire doors. Someone reported that he got thousands of floors from an oscillating fan.
Fitbit uses heart rate based algorithms to calculate your calorie burn. You don't have to be concerned about the false stairs throwing off your calorie burn.
There will be times when your Versa undercounts stairs. Mine misses stairs from time to time. It all balances out in the end.
