Why are they taking away the feature of transferring personal music from my laptop to my Versa 2 with Fitbit Connect? By doing so, they are taking away an advertised and guaranteed feature that was promised when I bought this device 6 months ago. I find this outrageous as well as false advertising or fraudulent advertising. They need to do something to ensure the guaranteed features can still be used. Grandfather it in. Develop new way to transfer music. Keep Fitbit Connect. I am so infuriated that Fitbit has decided to just cancel a guaranteed feature. I would not have bought this item if I knew the was going to happen. Please figure out a way so eople can still transfer their personal music and Playlists. (They had the audacity to tell me I would have to pay for a subscription to listen to music instead of transferring. What a money grab!!)

@MJS44 personal music support was dropped on the Versa 3 and Ionic, WHICH MEANT 6 months ago fitbit wasn't selling any watch that supported personal music transfer.
Since the transfer of personal music doesn't require any action with the Internet, I see no reason that the connect software, even without support, should not be able to transfer music.
Technically it has been several years since fitbit supported the Connect software on the PC and MAC

@MJS44 I understand why you and other users are frustrated by Fitbit's decision. This link will take you to the Fitbit Terms of Service that were in effect when you joined Fitbit. Paragraph 18 states that Fitbit can make changes like this without notice. Paragraph 18 is the same in the current Terms of Service. That document has a Sept 15, 2022 date. I'm very sorry for you and other users, but these are the Terms of Service you consented to.
