Last night I spent 3 hours transferring 80 songs. Which was a pain because it kept disconnecting and I would have to start all over again. This morning I was excited to be able to play from Versa, now it says there is "No Music Loaded". Where the heck did it go? Super frustrated had it less then a week and have constant small issues. Seems to have to many kinks and released before it was ready.

Hey @AB5, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Oh! I'm sorry to hear that your songs were deleted after you made sure that the transfer process was completed. Please download your music again to your watch, but first make sure that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly and that your network type is compatible with your watch. To do so, review the steps in Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?. Then make sure to follow each step from the help article: How do I listen music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch? And finally, make sure to sync your watch when you complete this process.

This happened to me to. I left the phone, laptop and Fitbit overnight to transfer music to my Fitbit. I was happy because in the morning, all 100 songs were saved on my Fitbit. But in the afternoon, I was about to listen to music and all music files were gone. I hope Fitbit updates the software for music
