Transferring Music From Macbook Pro to Versa 2

I'm really struggling to transfer music to my Versa 2. 

I've downloaded the Fitbit app on my computer, and even managed to transfer four songs, but now it won't accept any of the other songs I want to transfer. 

I have an Apple Music subscription and thought maybe that's the issue, so I tried purchasing one of the songs I want separately through iTunes, but it still won't transfer to the Fitbit Connect window. 

I've restarted both my Music app and the FItbit app on my computer hoping to refresh everything, and nothing has changed. 

This is so painful. I'd appreciate any tips people have!

You are actually one step ahead of me.  How/Where did you find the fitbit app?  I have a Mac Air, looked in app store, no fitbit app.  I follow the fitbit help link, and it shows a photo of it, but says it must be purchased/downloaded from app store.

It does not figure on the Apple store but on Fitbit's web site.
