Is there anyway to add music to my Versa from ITunes using a PC with Windows 10? I cannot drag and drop music from Itunes into the Fitbit app on my PC. I cannot figure this one out and if it is not possible for whatever reason then this is very unfortunate... Also my wifi settings all checked out so that should not be an issue. I have tried all steps listed online and nothing has helped thus far.

Not sure if it works with "virtual" files in iTunes. Worked fine for me with the actual mp4 files using desktop app and drag and drop

No it can not be dragged and dropped from itunes. Generally itunesifiles are not stored on your computer.
The link I provided will answer your question on how to get music on to your Versa after the iTunes have been saved to the pc .

I don't but if I can play music or view a video I can save it to my hard drive.
As for saving Irvine files, Google has you covered.

I don't know if this will help, but the Versa will only recognize playlists in iTunes. Also you need the fitbit windows desktop app to initiate the transfer. I used a MacBook air, the fitbit desktop app and iTunes to add a few playlists already. Good luck.

I've had the same problem. I'm not able to transfer anything I've downloaded through iTunes to my Versa. Are you an Apple Music subscriber? You can't transfer music you "download" through Apple Music to the Versa because you don't have a license for it (i.e., it's streaming). At least, I think that's my problem. I can't download my podcasts though and that's annoying.

If the music is on your PC it is rather easy to transfer. Pandora and Freezer may be setup from the phone. As for iTunes? The problem is on Apples end, do you really think that they are going to offer help to make an iTunes player, with decoder for Fitbit?
