Transferring music but can't find the account icon

Hi

Been trying to work out for hours now how to transfer personal music to the fitbit. I eventually found some instructions in the 'help section'  (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/#Download) which says:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon (User-added image) > your device image.
  2. Tap or click Wi-Fi Settings.

However, I clicked the dashboard and there is no account icon or any other way to get to my 'account' or to the next section 'Wi-fi settings'. Very frustrated - can someone help please?

Hi, the Account icon on the dashboard you see on top of the screen on the right side, next to the watch icon.

Thanks Kuzibri, much appreciated but unless I've missed something the icon next to the watch icon is the Account icon for Google Chrome and nothing to do with the Fitbit account that the instructions refer to. The Account icon referred to in the instructions appears on my phone when logged into the Fitbit ap but not on my PC desktop. The instructions I referred to for transferring music to the versa say to first install the fitbit ap on the PC desktop, which I've done. The instructions then say to click on to the Account icon when logged onto fitbit on my desktop PC, but there isn't one?! Maybe there's something simple/obvious that a non-tech person like me is overlooking?! I can't believe how difficult it is to do what should be a simple process or how hard it is to find some instructions that actually reflect what happens when you try to follow them - I'm getting a serious case of tech rage with this friggin thing!

Hi, I thought that you were referring to the account icon in the dasboard of your phone, but you meant on the PC. To connect to fitbit on your PC, there are two options:

1. You'll need fitbit connect. Click on the link and then press "Trackers and Watches". This will expand the article, scroll down to directly underneath the first video where it says "Fitbit Connect"

2. Type in the address bar of your PC: https://www.fitbit.com and when you're logged in on your Fitbit Account, the dashboard will be shown. Press your profile on top of the screen (most left icon of the three, the other two are notifications in the middle and settings on the right side). You will be brought to a new page where it says on top on the right side "view account settings".

Hope this helps.

@Stormboy1999  The step of the instructions that asks you to go to the Account icon is where you refresh the wifi setting for your watch, making sure that the watch is connected to wifi.  While you are looking on the PC dashboard, the instructions are directing you to the Mobile app dashboard.  Unfortunately, the instructions are incorrect and should have said to go to the Versa icon (little watch) on the Fitbit mobile app and then WiFi Settings where you re-establish the wifi connection just prior to initiating the music transfer.  WiFi Settings aren't accessed under the Account icon without also going into the Versa device icon.  Hope this helps.  The remainder of the instructions are correct.  Good Luck.
