Hi all!
I decided to bite the bullet and try out a Versa after owning a Charge 2 for 2 years.
I basically have 12 days to try before I have to decide and I am having problems transferring music from Windows 7 to the Versa.
I don't use iTunes (who would?), I use Media Monkey for my library and Winamp for casual playing of playlists on the PC. The Fitbit desktop app seems to be only for Windows 10.
Has anyone any tips or workarounds?
Thanks in advance

I think I have 'solved' the problem. The Versa is incredibly slow. To transfer 4 songs totalling 40Mb took 10 minutes. My Wi-Fi is not that slow.
TBH, so far I'm not impressed and will probably stick with the Charge 2 and save up for a Samsung Galaxy Watch.

I had the same problem with my versa as Fit bit windows 7 app is no longer available. I used my sisters laptop with windows 10 to set up the versa, music transfer and setting up my account. Once I had done this I logged in at fitbit.com and up popped my new account on my windows 7 PC. I have yet to try music transfer but I can see all of the music library previously imported on win 10. Strange!

I would like to share my experience in solving this issue.
Regarding transferring music from laptop to watch, Versa works well with my win7.
At the very beginning, I met the same problem as other users, win7 cannot connect to watch by the App "Fitbit connect" via Wi-Fi, even it's the same one.
I thought maybe the reason is my Wi-Fi router has connected too many devices, like phone, TV, smart appliance, etc. Then I decide to use my phone to set a hot-pot, connect only laptop and Versa(do it in the Fitbit app on your mobile) to this hot-pot to make the Wi-Fi environment simple and clean(attention: the hot-pot must be 2.4G, for Versa doesn't support 5G). In the meanwhile, I also switched off the Bluetooth of the laptop to eliminate the potential risk.
Then, "Fitbit connect" in win7 immediately connected to Versa via the app "music" on the watch. Also, the speed of transferring music is approximate 1 hour for 140 songs(1.4GB). I try to disconnect the link several times, it could be reconnected easily.
I think for me the problem to transfer music from win7 to Versa has been solved.
Any doubts, welcome to add my Fitbit account: "okey2k@gmail.com" to raise the questions.

When you downloaded the FitBit Connect app onto your Windows 7 machine, what email did you enter when it asks you to sign into your Microsoft account? I registered my FitBit with my gmail account, so obviously that doesn't work when the app requests a Microsoft account. I see you have a "gmail.com" associated with your FitBit account and was hoping you could help.
The FitBit customer service rep on the phone insisted that the app registratioin process is requesting a Microsoft ID that I got when I bought my computer, despite the fact that it specifically asks me to sign in with a Microsoft email, phone, or Skype. SMH.
Any insight you have would be most appreciated!

I tried again, it just asks me which mail I would like to use to sign in the Fitbit connect, not necessary the Microsoft account.
Pls refer to the screenshot below.
Any doubts, feel free to post here and I will do the update.
