Transferring music

Hi, I am a TomTom Spark 3 user.  It takes literally 15 minutes to plug this watch into my computer and transfer 2 Gb of music.  I recently purchased the Versa as the replacement to this watch but so far I have seen so many problems with the Fitbit.

The music that took 15 minutes to transfer on the TomTom is taking hours on the Fitbit, it continually tries to connect to Wifi and finds nothing, when syncing via Bluetooth, it just says searching for device.  It is wasn't for the looks on the Fitbit it would be straight in the box and back to Amazon, so far I am far from impressed with my new Fitbit.

Isn't the point of connecting the watch via the USB cradle that your music gets transferring via the ultra-fast USB medium but it seems like it is transferring via Bluetooth, good help me this is painful.  Please god someone tell me it get better.

Am I right in saying there is a 45 day return policy with the Fitbit, if I don't this music problem fixed I think it will be going back on day 2!!

Does anyone else have these problems??

It's clunky set up for sure but it worked ok for me. Followed the tip of turning off Bluetooth on both PC and phone that was nearby and paring and transferring worked fine then. Put about 130 songs on it last night and took about 30-40 min. So not super fast but not awful like some others have described here. But I did experience a weird thing where after I did initial transfer and went back to recharge, all the songs disappeared?? had to erase the playlist and start fresh.   LIke I said, clunky but at least it worked. Pairing with Bluetooth earphones was a synch and automatically repaired the next time I worked out, so can't complain there

Thanks, I had to disable the bluetooth and make sure both pc and watch were on same WiFi network eventually worked got halfway it took about 2 hours to do 5 hours of music. I have been spoilt with TomTom which is a brilliant platform. This new versa is rubbish in comparison. Although with the tomtom had to wait about a year originally to get the right firmware deployed. Not sure if I can be bothered to wait. I really like changing music regularly. I have to put this on amazon as a negative comment. I'm really surprised fitbit aren't allowing USB file transfer via the Dock. It's a real let down. Thanks for your help!
