Transferring versa to another person with windows 10 only, ie no phone

How do i uninstall my information and data from the versa and pass it on to windows 10 user only. They dont have a phone yet , they are a bit young, but want the versa, kids!

Anyway I tried to simply factory reset it but then it would not show any life on the versa only the download app to start error message.

Is there a guide for uninstalling everything of mine  first and then setting this up for another person on a windows 10 laptop only

@roscored   According to the Versa manual, doing a factory reset is the way to erase your data so you can give your Versa to someone else (p 57).  Seeing the "download app ..." message is normal behavior because it is ready to be set up as a new device.  You should check your Fitbit phone app to make sure it was removed from your account and remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.

You wrote that you want to give it to a child.  A child must be 13 or older (or even older in some countries) to have a standard account.
