After the last firmware update (whichever one included the cosmetic changes of exercise full-screen images to orange icons), the Treadmill Exercise crashes 25 minutes into my workout. By crashing I mean that the Versa closes the treadmill exercise, sometimes with the stop vibration notification but most times without. The exercise data is not lost and does sync to the app, however, sometimes the data is slightly corrupt. For instance, one time it logged my treadmill workout as 6 hours and 31 minutes long (the crashed log), despite me having started and completed another treadmill workout within that same timeframe.
More info:
Device - Versa
Version - 70.7.14
Treadmill workouts are typically 1 hour long
Attempted fixes - rebooted watch, rebooted iPhone and Fitbit app
iPhone X with latest firmware (13.3)
Bluetooth off during exercises (watch does NOT communicate with iPhone during exercise)

@Chubasco Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community. Sorry for the delayed response.
I regret to hear that you are having difficulties with the Treadmill Exercise on your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for the information provided and for the troubleshooting steps you tried before contacting us.
I would recommend removing the Treadmill Exercise from the list of exercise shortcuts on your watch. You can find instructions on this article.
If this doesn't help, you might want to perform a factory reset to your Versa by doing the following, but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be deleted from your watch:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us back at any time.

After trying both suggested fixes (deleting/reinstalling exercise app & resetting device to factory default) the Treadmill exercise app is still crashing between 25-30 minutes into the exercise. The only other pattern I have noticed is that it seems to crash during those exercises where I’m also experiencing the bug where my heart rate (BPM’s) are not being accurately recorded (see this post Versa Heart Rate Inaccurate During Treadmill Exercise).
Given that my device is less than a year old, do these multiple problems qualify for warranty replacement? The device is basically useless the majority of the time when it comes to fitness tracking...the main reason I purchased it.

Any ETA on a fix?
It’s public knowledge that FitBit is in the midsts of being acquired by Google and will subsequently port it’s operating system over to Googles ‘wearables OS’, and I personally expect this to not only introduce many new bugs but also delay fixes to lower priority issues such as this.
So....I’m desperately trying to find reasons to remain a FitBit customer, instead of going back to an Apple Watch or Garmin or any one of the numerous new competitors in this rapidly growing wearables market.
Thanks in advance!
