Hi why are all my trophies locked I have tried deleting and reinstalling app. Also tried force stopping app and then turning phone off and back on again and nothing.
It is really annoying being a new user and not being able to access my content properly.

@Marieann11 Thank you for adding the screenshot. Now your post makes sense. I found this thread on the Android forum that says that this is a known bug on the Android app. Fitbit is aware, but there is no information about a fix date. Sorry.
You have a web based dashboard at fitbit.com. Just log in with your same email and password. You can find your badge collection there. After you log in, tap on your profile picture in the upper right and you will see your web based profile.

Hello @Marieann11 and welcome to the Community. I read your post several times and I'm not sure what you mean by your trophies are locked. Can you please rephrase your issue? Are you trying to access them on the Android or iOS app? I see you are a very new user. Trophies are awarded in Challenges like the Daily Showdown, Workweek Hustle and Weekend Warrior. Have you earned trophies like this?
