Trouble swiping and tapping my versa

Over the last few days, I am having trouble with my Versa. Swiping isn’t working and it seldom recognizes finger taps. I’ve tried resetting it, but to no avail...

I have been having same issue, managed a factory reset no difference.

Welcome to the club. According to fitbit it`s only you. There is no problem.

Keep restarting until the problem go`s away is al they say.

 

What helpt me for 80% is to enable the always on display. Nuch more responsiv screen now. But it was hell to get there.

It seems to have gotten worse. Finally managed a FR. No help. Now the screen is dead and nothing works. This is my second Versa in two years. I won’t be buying a third.

Same here, if they don`t fix it soon i`m switching to Garmin.

Seems they don`t response any more. They don`t care.

I had a similar problem after a software update.  Reverting to the previous software version fixed my issues.  I have since updated to the current version and it "seems" to be working.  Time will tell if it holds.

 I made a call to Fitbit customer service today, I found them to be totally professional they carried out a diagnostic procedure on my Versa 2 and seemed to be able watch me at their end.

New Fitbit is in the post, quality service.
