My Fitbit versa lite kept coming up with the “data not cleared error” managed to fix that, but now after an hour of updating it is only on 16% complete, and won’t budge. Help?

Same thing happened today to my Versa! Spent over an hour troubleshooting with customer support and they were useless! Still won’t update....screen frozen!
