Trouble with Versa after firmware update

Hello,

 

I updated my Fitbit Versa's firmware some weeks ago and since then I've had issues with it restarting on its own, not recognizing my HR (and subsequently giving me a little vibration but no notification??), and not recording my sleep properly.

 

I've followed many means to troubleshoot my Versa from manual restarting to wearing it properly to sleep (two inches above my wrist!) and it is not working. In fact, it is actually getting worse

 

These issues only began once I updated the firmware. Prior to this, I had no issue with my fitbit.

 

Please help! It drains my battery every time it restarts and does not monitor why I bought it in the first place.

I'd suggest taking the " with the music feature." section out of the copy and paste for future replies.

Music feature?

As nice as it was to speak with the representatives, restarting and factory
resetting the Fitbit helped little and the problem continues. They did not suggest anything else beyond this.

It is incredibly annoying for a tracker that's supposed to make my day easier. Today it restarted 3x and isn't reacting to my touch.

I'm going to exchange this Versa. Luckily I still have the receipt but it's so frustrating. I'm hoping that if the firmware updates again it won't mess up the new Versa.
