Trouble with my Versa 2

The versa 2 appears to be as bad as the flex mine has completely gone dead it’s under a year old . What a nightmare it is trying to get Fitbit to send me a returns envelope.  I wouldn’t mind but they are not cheap.

Hi @Catmack  have you gotten with customer support? They do not give you a return envelope. From what I've seen on the forums, once customer support determines that a replacement is to be given and they want the device you have, they email you a return address label. You need to get with customer support, as posting on the forums will only get you responses from other members.

Oh hi thank you for messaging yes it’s customer support I have been dealing
with via email for really sometime now. Yes they said they’ll take it back
+ for me to provide my address etc + they would send me a prepaid envelope
. I asked them why can’t I return to my local Argos I’ve got receipt box
etc they said no . I’m finding this whole process unbelievable it’s still
under warranty. I’d let it go as it’s sheer hassle everyday now but it’s a
pricey but if gear . Thank you for contacting me much appreciated + be
safe
