The versa 2 appears to be as bad as the flex mine has completely gone dead it’s under a year old . What a nightmare it is trying to get Fitbit to send me a returns envelope. I wouldn’t mind but they are not cheap.

Hi @Catmack have you gotten with customer support? They do not give you a return envelope. From what I've seen on the forums, once customer support determines that a replacement is to be given and they want the device you have, they email you a return address label. You need to get with customer support, as posting on the forums will only get you responses from other members.
