This is my 3rd Versa. All have had the same issue. I did the most recent update, however, the app says it’s “looking” for my Versa more often than it’s synced. It also won’t always recognize my home wifi, which also prohibits synchronization. It’s so frustrating!! I have done the soft reset but nothing seems to really help. Any suggestions?

@First, I'd restart your phone, if it works your done.
No, then restart your versa, no, then restart it up to 3 times.
Still having problems, do a factory reset, see pg. 68 in the user guide below.

My versa has now re-started itself more than 10 times since I did the “soft” reset. When on my WiFi at home, it will not sync. The ONLY time it syncs is over the LTE cellular network.
I will try by reatarting my phone, but honestly, it shouldn’t be THIS difficult. I literally opened it yesterday.

Agreed happens to me also. I like the versa when it syncs. The Alta didn't have this issue, so wondering if going back down is the way to go. I will miss the altitude counter but very frustrated not being able to sync on a regular basis.
