I just recently bought a Versa Lite. I've been having trouble with the watch syncing and getting notifications. I've contacted customer service and done the same troubleshooting dozens of times now. Each time it only works for a short time (a couple hours if I'm lucky) and then it's stops getting notifications again. I was curious if anyone else has had this problem or if your mobile carrier effects the Fitbit's ability to connect. I have Boost mobile.

@lewijac2 Have you checked if Fitbit mobile app is being optimized by Android? The optimization for fitbit app has to be disabled. The same goes for power saving mode which usually kills off bluetooth and any background unnecessary services like fitbit. Finally, you can try locking fitbit mobile app in the background. Please google how you can do that on Samsung phones.
ETA: Also, please make sure that All-day Sync and Always Connected are enabled in your Fitbit mobile app.
