Can't sync my new Fitbit versa, doesn't show up on my trusted bluetooth devices. Tried some hard and soft resets, deleted the Fitbit in the app, the app itself, everything....
Now it is even worse, the Fitbit is able to connect via Wifi (still not via bluetooth) but the white Fitbit logo stays on the screen. The watch seems to be stuck. Resetting doesntd work anymore, just keep getting the message 'data not cleared. Sync & try again'.
Not sure what to do anymore exept contacting Support.

Also not possible to download the updates for my watch...
