Try to sync Versa 2 and it won't

I try to sync and it won't. I can restart the phone and watch and still won't sync. If I disconnect the watch from phone it will take while to get the watch to reconnect to the phone. Once I get it connected it will last two days. Help.

So . . . with Versa 1, I basically gave up and concluded Fitbit is trash.  It's really sad.  I tried phone and Ipad.  Rebooted, turned off, drained battery, etc.  I'm now using Garmin.  lol.  Whatever.
