I'm trying to connect my Bluetooth earbuds to my new Versa 2. They connect just fine, but there's no sound. I've tried 2 different sets of earbuds. Am missing something?

Settings device/phone > sounds > volume > check volume is enabled & set correctly.
I had mono (left ear only) with my AfterShokz.
It was because sound was set default mono on my phone instead of stereo. On your device/phone 'headsets/earphones' could too be set mono even disabled by manufacturer default.
Worth checking just in case.
