Trying to find Fitbit Connect software - getting 404 not found page

Hello,

I'm trying to set up playlists on my Versa 2 using the instructions found on this Fitbit Help article: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/

I connected my Versa 2 to wifi successfully. The next step is to download the Fitbit Connect app.

When I click on the link in the article (http://www.fitbit.com/setup) to download Fitbit Connect, I get a 404 - page not found message.

I use iTunes.  I'm in Canada.

What should I do next?

Thanks,

Robyn00

@Robyn00 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you downloading the Fitbit Connect software on your computer. This is odd. I tried both Mac options and was able to start a download now. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. I also suggest you try using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome.

Let me know how it goes.

I'm in Canada too. Same problem for my Versa 2. The setup page still isn't working. But I found out that if you go to the Australian setup page it works! https://www.fitbit.com/au/setup
