Trying to increase brightness on Versa screen

I have recently changed my FitBit and when accessing the settings app from the watch I don't get the usual options in that screen one being to adjust the brightness as currently on DIM.. 

I have checked in apps and its saying that the settings app is installed?

From main clock face screen, scroll right (swipe left) until come to 'Settings';  tap that, then scroll up or down to 'Brightness'.  Tapping brightness should cycle through dim, normal, max, auto.  Is that not what is happening on yours?

I personally find Auto works for me in all situations.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

HiThat is what we have been doing however when we push settings on the clock face we are getting no options it just goes back to the settings icon on the apps screenI have checked in apps and settings is installedIts bit mind boggling as I have a fitbit versa top and mine gives me the option to adjust my brightness etcRegards
