Trying to set up my Versa for two days now.

I installed uninstalled and I am ready to give up.  This was my 4th device and I NEVER had problems. I am sending this "thing" back. Very disappointing!!!!

Try it on the computer.  I'm setting mine up now and so far no issues.  It's just doing a FW update.

Thank you/  Tried that too.  It says "Updating your Fitbit Versa" for 2:45 hours now.  I am just so frustrated.

What time of day did you try it?  I tried mine later in the day (I'm on the East Coast, so it was about 5PM here) and because nobody was on the servers at the time (or very few, we'll never know for sure), mine got serviced much faster.  I also had it plugged into my computer and near my phone.

I tried since 4:30 pm central time.  It's still going at 7:30. Is this normal or am I impatient?
