I have had my Fitbit Versa lite for 7 months had nothing wrong with it. I had to reset my Fitbit as my time messed up, so I reset my Fitbit and logged into my account and it told me to update tracker??? So at 4:00pm last night I tried to do it and it kept saying update failed, I turned my phone, bluetooth also restarted my Fitbit and it’s still not working. I tried again this morning and it’s coming up saying it’s at 100% but my Fitbit keeps turning on and off don’t know if that’s normal during my update. Then it’s coming up saying failed? Really stressing out about it, can someone help me please!!!

Ive have been having the same problem, for the last 3 days
but what ive read, is that the wifi that the watch and phone/computer is using to update is too weak.
so ive brought mine to my work where the wifi is 40m/s, and its on Step 2 of 3 @13%
and i started at 7:30 am
maybe this might help
im just glad im not the only one with the problem
