@Dejarnra   Tap on your Hourly activity tile on your dashboard.  Tap on the gear icon in the upper right.  Toggle it off.

I don't have a gear icon, just the 3 lines. And it doesn't give me the option to turn it on or off. ONLY to change the number of hours.

On mine, top left of the app, click the phone/watch/battery icon. Then my Versa. At the bottom under "general", there is reminders to move. Click on that and there is an option to toggle it off.
