Two Days of Troubleshooting...

Hi...my Versa stopped showing my HR, steps, etc on the watch face so I went to do a system update. I'm on day three of that attempted update! I have scoured the Fitbit Community Forum, YouTube videos, did factory resets on my phone and fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled (countless times) the app for my phone, reset my home router, deleted and added device to app, turned bluetooth and wifi off and on (several times), restarted my phone and fitbit....I have tried EvErYtHiNg!!! For two solid days (minus sleep) I tried to update and would see the flashy icon and red indicator bar slooooly fill, only to fail and Retry. I'm at a loss as to what I can do next LOL. Any assistance is much appreciated.

Hi, maybe this guide will be of help for you: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... It uses WiFi for updating instead of BT. Good luck and hope this helps!!
