Two devices don't work on one account!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time.

This statement is buried at the bottom of the Fitbit FAQ are they don't share it unless you ask.

I have the same issue with connecting a Ionic and Charge 3 on my account. Fitbit has been aware of this issue for about 2 YEARS now and done nothing except start a survey which hasn't gone anywhere either.

I've never seen Fitbit consider this an unresolved issue? It's been a limitation and that's it. Where is the survey? I must have missed that too.

Feel sorry for those who happily buy an additional product and are blindsided by the limitation.

Would think also Fitbit is losing out on money with it. I'd most likely have had 2 newer trackers if it was allowed.

Hi @AJOIII  your posts were merged into this one thread, as cross posting is discouraged on the forums.

Hi @MarkMM  most people I know would still only have one device even if they would wear more than one. I've not seen a survey, but I wasn't looking for one either.

There is a thread in "Under Consideration" currently with 541 posts on this issue. It is over 2 years old and was moved to "Under Consideration" 17 months ago so is obviously not a priority with Fitbit.

They started the "Survey" a few months ago but again not a single status update nor peep from Fitbit so it will never be resolved.

They don't seem to be concerned with lost revenue or supporting repeat customers. I am on my fourth Fitbit device and have liked them all but they have lost my business over this issue and their lack of communicating to the users.

Odyssey, by merging my posts you limit the ability to educate future or prospective buyers. This further makes me believe Fitbit does not want to share this information and their lack of interest in fixing the issue.

Does anyone at Fitbit with authority to make decisions even read these forums or do any of the moderators push this up the chain? It doesn't appear to be the case....

I request this issue be a sticky post at the top of the Inspire, Ionic, Versa and Charge 3 threads until it is resolved. This is more tha fair and a justified request.

They also need to make the "Survey" available in each of the forums as the most common response is, Where is this Survey, never heard of it. You will find a lot more respondents.

@AJOIII  the Terms of Service can be found here - click. Cross posting is discouraged and you've already posted the same thing in a few other threads. If someone wants to learn more about Fitbit, then they can do a search and find one thread on the issue and not several. Do most people who consider buying a Fitbit even come to the forums? I have real life family and friends who have never been here and probably never will.

Yes, Fitbit does monitor these forums and the moderators are here to respond to members and to bring attention to the company when there is an issue that requires it.
