Two year old Versa sudden battery drain and wrong time, slow. I have charged several times

I love my two year old Versa. All of a sudden it went to 0 charge quickly and the time on the clock is two hours slow. I have recharged it a couple of times to no avail. Do I need a new one?

My Versa has quit counting steps until I reset it, (many times a day) and it doesn't stay charged for longer than 4 hours.
