I am angry and so disappointed in the quality of the versa! My friends got it for me for my 45th birthday (this month) and it is already cracked. For a piece of kit designed for sports activities, it couldn't even handle an accidental drop from my bedside table onto the wooden floor (must have knocked it over in my sleep). It is not covered under warranty - clearly, Fitbit knew the glass is flimsy and decided to protect themselves.
I am unable to locate a repair centre. Does anyone know of one in UK, please or I will have to buy an Apple Watch instead?

Hi, unfortunately broken screens cannot be repaired but only replaced, sorry for that.

Hi Kuzibiri,
thanks for your reply. Do you know where I can get the screen replaced in the UK?

There is nowhere you can get the screen replaced, unfortunately. If the fitbit is still functioning, I would apply a screen protector and take care not to get the device wet from now on.

Thank you for your reply. I'm an avid outdoor swimmer in the summer and was excited to be using the versa for this purpose.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, we have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund (This right is limited to 30 days from the date of ownership) so I will deal with the issue this way.
