USB charger voltage to charge a Versa 2

The Versa 2 is sold with charging cables but no charging power supply/adapter for the USB cable. I noticed that it does not work with some of the Samsung USB power adapters. Seems to work only with the Apple one I have. Is there a voltage specification for the USB power adapter to be used for charging? Any particular power adapter that works best with it?

I find any phone type wall charger rated at 1 amp or above will work. 

When it comes to USB they all will be 5 volts or better, the smart supplies are able to put out a lot more but will not do so unless the device charging requests.
