Uanble to clear notifications on fitbit versa

I have tried to clear all and/or clear each individual notifications on my fitbit versa, my fit bit is acting weird, it clear sometimes  it doesn't clear sometimes..

 

how many times I clear them regardless it will stay on watch not new notifications are missing

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit Logo appears and release the buttons. You will have to do this restarting process directly after you have done the first one. Wait untill you see your Versa display again and repeat the procedure. Works for most of the users with this problem.
