Unable receive calls/message on Versa Lite

Hi I just received my Versa lite and is connected with my Samsung S8 edge .After following evey step provided I am unable to receive notifications ,calls/ text messages.Help1

Hi @Reshmi I checked, but I dont see your phone on the Supported Devices List which may well be the problem. In ant case try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Trou leshooting Notifications

@Reshmi I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Regarding the call/text notifications issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are now back on track.
