I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off, I have unconnected all Bluetooth devices from my phone. I have tried restarting my Versa by holding the left button and the bottom button on the right. I have turned my phone on and off. I have done everything I can find. It gets to the Connecting to Fitbit stage and then just stays there.

I was having the same issue. Finally reset and got it working this morning.

Having the same problem which started on 9/13/18. Bought Versa on 8/14/18 and had no problems until now. Tried everything suggested in Help Article for resetting. Once Setup starts it gets to the point of Found it! and shows connecting to Tracker but nothing else happens. Have let it sit for over and hour with same result each time I try.
