Unable to accept fitbit challenges via email link

Hi, I used to be able to click on the link that appeared when a friend invited me to a challenge, it would take me to the app and I could accept it. Now, when I click on the link it tries to transfer me, but I then get an error message

Not Found

The requested URL/challengeDeepLinking/invitation was not found on this server

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off the phone and still get the same thing happening. I have an Iphone Xs on IOS 13.6

Hoping that someone has a solution.

Hi @SunsetRunner - you have to be in the Fitbit app to accept a challenge. Please try that for your next challenge invitation and let us know that it worked.

Hi Carol-B Thankyou for your reply .        I know that it is through my app, what I’m saying though is that the link on the email used to take me to my app but it has stopped doing that.
