My versa 3 isn't recording floors or elevation correctly (again, as it was reported in December and I stupidly didn't send it in for replacement)
I went through the online chat and even though I knew it wasn't going to work, went through the factory reset process. The advisor didn't want to wait for an update from me, so gave me my case number and closed the chat. I need to update that the issue has not been resolved but every time I open online chat, I get a black screen and a message that there is an error. This has happened for days now.
So, I'm unable to update. It's poor.

When mentioning elevation, @Jools300 are you referring to the elevation recorded by GPS during a run/walk/hike/bike session?
As for stairs, this should be a minimum of 10 ft over a not to long time period. How long of a time, we don't know.
The tracker needs to see steps being counted before it will look at floors.
We do know that wind or a fan can affect this reading.

It isn't accurately recording elevation when on GPS, nor is it recording any floors. I mean I have zero for months!
I have done walking events where I have done 2500 ft of elevation over 20 miles and fitbit gives me about 3 floors for the day. When I log hundreds of feet of ascent on another tracker, my versa will log something ridiculous like 12ft!
Don't say its affected by wind or a fan. Its just not working properly and I cannot update the report I made to customer services as every time I try to access online chat, the app goes black and takes me back to my dashboard saying there is an error.
I'm very unhappy with my device and customer services
