Unable to access some setting on my Versa 2

I’ve had my Versa 2 for several years and just recently have been unable to change some of the settings on my watch, such as screen brightness, screen wake, do not disturb, sleep mode. The options are there, but not bold and when I touch them, I get no response. My Fitbit app on my Apple I-Phone 12 Pro Max does not have those options available in the Setting icon. Any ideas or suggestions?

It sure sounds like you are in Sleep Mode, which disables setting all the other options you mentioned.  Check that again, both in Quick Settings and Full Settings.

It's easy to accidentally get into in quick settings, at least on some watches.  Often the complaint is that display no longer comes on with wrist turn (screen wake).  Easy to fix once realize what the problem was, and doesn't mean the watch is worn out or totally broken.
