Unable to activate Deezer free trial.

Hi I bought a FItbit Versa this week. On trying to activate Deezer it says “Unfortunately you are not eligible to this special offer. You can however proceed with the standard offer”

I don’t understand why this would be. I have followed the steps but no luck 

any advice

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, are you creating a new Deezer account when trying to activate the trial using the code on your Versa or are you using an existing account? If you're using an existing account, have you activated a free trial or another offer before? If so, please let me know.

I am having the same issue , I made a new account for Deezer as I didn't have one before
