I purchased the Deezer free trail and went through all the application to set it up and after I finished it sent me to the screen that says successfully activated and that it’s transferring me to the Fitbit app but it will not send me back to the app and I tried to open the Fitbit app and click on Deezer and it says it’s not activated and on my Fitbit I tried to tap on the app and gives me the code and it tells me I still need to activate it

Thanks for your participation in the Forums and for letting me know about this situation that's affecting your Deezer free trial. Tell me, did you go to https://www.fitbit.com/deezer and entered the Activation code that appeared in your Versa? If so, were you asked to log in to your Fitbit account in order to link it with Deezer and link your Versa? If not, please try to enter the activation code in that site again. I'd recommend using a computer to perform this process.

I am having the same problem. I received an email saying I was activated from Deezer but if I look at my Fitbit app it says it’s not activated and on my watch just keep me the code. I have not been able to sync the weather app all day either
