Unable to add background photo to device.

Having trouble adding a background after a accomplished day .I keep getting this message. I use to be able to. I've tried uninstalling App and reloading doesn't work. I know it works because I send picture to my sons phone then I log in to my Fitbit app on his phone I put background and then resend picture to my phone... Long process. Can someone help. Yes I gave Fitbit permission to access my pictures:

That being said, could you please let me know which Fitbit device you currently have? Also, please give me more details about the Android mobile device you're currently using to sync your Fitbit's data and your son's mobile device as well.
