Unable to add music to an existing playist, iTunes/Fitbit Connect.

Recently when trying to add more songs into my fitbit versa I had trouble dropping the music files from my Itunes to the fitbit connect on my MAC desktop. The Itunes music file would not be added into my old playlist and this is the first time this has ever happened. When I created my old playlist I had no trouble adding music files from my itune but when adding new songs to it , the fitbit connect would not accept it. Can i get some help?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Close Fitbit Connect, then open it again and try to transfer music. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Restart your computer and try again. Now, if this is also not working:
  • Remove the playlist from iTunes and create it again, then try to transfer it to your Versa using Fitbit Connect.
