My Versa 2 is becoming less and less functional.
It tracks fitness and time. I have not, despite numerous resets and restarts, been able to get notifications on it for over a year: no email, SMS, weather, calendar alerts, none of the external apps function. The one thing I have been able to reliably use it for is payment. Now, that's gone too.
In frustration, I factory reset the device today, and now cannot add a single credit card. I keep getting the message "Invalid Entry - Please check your input and try again."
What's the matter? I'm a technology analyst and excel at troubleshooting. A $10 Timex watch would be exactly as functional as my Fitbit.

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
