Unable to add visa card to my Versa 2

Just got another Versa 2.  Trying to add visa credit card to the Fitbit app so I can use it with my versa 2 watch.  Google pay customer service, Fitbit customer service and PNC bank couldn't help me.  I get to the part of installation and it says "contacting your bank" and just never connects

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to adding your card to your Versa 2 wallet. I understand how you can fell, in this situation my best advise would be for you to contact your bank directly and not through the Fitbit app.

I've talked with my bank (PNC) twice, google pay customer service and Fitbit customer service. No one has any answers
