Unable to cancel an order from Fitbit India website

I ordered a fitbit versa 2 from official fitbit India website. Now i wanted to cancel the order, but its been more than a week they are not cancelling the order. The response i got so far.

 

1. Fit India is handled by our India authorized seller, please talk to them .

 

First of all their Indian seller does not have any customer care number. They only have email address which they never reply to. And other thing is I ordered it from fitbit’s official website, why should I talk to their seller, they should talk to them .

 

Its been already more than a week. I am raising my voice here in a hope i get some positivity response back from fitbit.

 

Frustated firbit customer. 
Will never order fitbit myself and will make sure no one order it in my known circle.

I went ahead and contacted our Support team about this situation, however it seems that you already have a case created with them. I was told that your case is under review and they'll sent you an email shortly with more details.

Yes I was able to get my refund back after 1000s of emails and 100s of phone calls
