I no longer have access to the email used to set up my FitBit account. I have tried accessing customer support, but you can't even do that without logging in with your user name and password. Somehow the app has my password stored and I am permanently logged in. But I'm trying to change the email on the account and obviously I cannot. Help?

Hi @Ellecoop84 the only thing that would work for you now would be to set it up with a new account as new device. You can't change the email if you can't access it, so it makes sense to start from scratch. You'd lose the history, but at least you could get it going again. This time write it down so you don't lose the email or the password. Customer support wouldn't be able to help you with this.
