Hi,
I recently purchased a new Fitbit Versa Special Edition watch.
On going to the "ALL CLOCKS" tab under the "Clock Faces" section in the Fitbit App on my Android phone, I see all the available clock faces, but on tapping on any one of them, the spinner just keeps on spinning and nothing happens. After a while I get an error message saying "Unable to connect to versa. Please check if your versa is nearby and try again". I tried unpairing my versa and pairing it again but with no success.
Please help. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I am using an Android based Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime phone. I am experiencing this issue since day before yesterday and every time I try to change the clock face.
