Hi guys!
My toddler has managed to lock my Fitbit well and truly and I have gone through the device lock process and it will not allow me to change my pin. I have tried 4 different pins but nothing will change.
Help!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation. Tell me, are you wearing a Versa or an Ionic? Would it be possible for you to let me know exactly which steps are you following to unlock your watch? This will be very helpful for me to determine what we can try next.
In the meantime, please restart your watch by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Also, restart your phone and try to unlock the watch again.
