Unable to charge my Versa

I am unable to charge my fitbit versa. It is currently at 0% and im unable to use it or restart it.

Hi @iyqx Have you tried charging from a different USB slot or wall charger? Have you tried cleaning the contacts on tracker and charger using an alcohol wipe? If those two things dont help please come back here.
