I received a text notification, which I have now read on both my phone AND my Versa, but my Versa is still showing it as a notification, I have selected the 'clear' and 'clear all' on the watch, but the notification remains there
Can anyone help please?

@j3creations Try rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes.

I am having the same issue with my Ionic - no matter how hard I try to clear a notification it never clears. At first it was just one notification from a group text, now I have another group text notification that won't clear. I'm guessing it doesn't like group messaging ????
Does your solution work with Ionic? AND if I reset do I lose all my progress for the day???

@ShanMcIn you will not lose any data. It should work as it's the same OS and the same Fitbit app.

I reboot all the time because notifications keep getting stuck on my Versa. Anyone knows why this keeps happening? The frequency is increasing.
